DONATE NEEDED ITEMS
Donations are always needed, especially:
-Classroom Needs (coordinate with and turn in to teacher):Every classroom will have need of extra supplies and may have special events, such as class parties that are supported by donations.​​

-K-Cups and Individually Wrapped Chocolates (send to the office labeled: PTO): The PTO Hospitality Coordinator keeps the teacher coffee station stocked throughout the year and provides chocolates during teacher meetings. It's one way of saying "thank you" year round to our wonderful teachers!

-Special Events (send items to the office labeled: PTO): Sign up emails
will be sent out for events throughout the year, such as teacher dinners.

-Home Clean-Out Items (send to the office labeled: PTO): Items are accepted year-round. The concept is that when you do an area/seasonal purge at home, rather than throw away unneeded items that are in new/good condition, donate them to the school. Last year we tried our first "Spring Clean Challenge" and it was a success! Items collected were distributed to many special areas (hospitality, library, cafeteria helpers, kindergarten egg hunt, treasure boxes, TN Ready prizes, to name a few). Items such as those extra few school, art, and office supplies (Post-It Notes, glue, envelopes, organizers, paper, scissors, pom-poms, stickers, etc) gift and party items (unused table cloths, paper plates, goody bag toys, gift bags) and other useful things (Ziplock bags, happy meal toys, holiday decor/supplies) that can be used here and there. It does NOT have to be a classroom sized donation. A bit here and there really helps a lot. Anything that might be useful, we will find a home for! Please send all donations in good and in clean condition, labeled PTO, and we will do the rest!
